Mentoring and Coaching are both 1:1 services, while our Consulting offer is geared towards small businesses.

• Mentoring – Practical advice and guidance for specific challenges, projects, or workplace dynamics. Flexible and supportive, mentoring is best for when you need quick insights or short-term support.

• Coaching – A deeper, goal-focused process for students, professionals, and leaders looking to chart a career path, make a transition, or strengthen leadership skills. Coaching offers structure and accountability.

• Consulting – A hands-on partnership for small businesses built around our proven 90-day True North Framework. Together, we’ll develop growth strategies, streamline processes, improve customer experience, strengthen leadership, and build cohesive teams that can scale with confidence.

We offer virtual and in-person sessions! We conduct the vast majority of our sessions virtually via Microsoft Teams. As a client, you will also have access to a private Teams channel for any necessary communication between scheduled sessions.

If you are local to the Philadelphia, PA metropolitan area, in-person/onsite sessions are available and will be considered upon request.

While we don’t offer custom payment plans, our 90-day plans are automatically structured into monthly payments.

For example, a 90-day plan includes three monthly payments - one due at the start of each month. This approach makes it easier for you to manage costs while staying committed to your growth journey. You may choose to pay in full at the start of your 90-day agreement, but it is not required.

Due to their short-term nature, the 30-day Fixed Focus Plan and Wayfinder Plan do not offer monthly payment plans.

Step 2: Receive Your Personalized Assessment or Plan
After our consultation, I’ll create a complimentary, one-page assessment, roadmap, or action plan. This document will outline the most impactful steps you can take towards meeting your goals. This document is designed to give you immediate clarity and show a pathway forward, even before you commit to a plan.

For mentoring clients, these plans are designed to help you tackle a specific challenge and start seeing results quickly. It’s a fast, strategic way to move forward with purpose.

For coaching clients, some experience shifts in mindset after just a few sessions, while others see tangible outcomes over a longer period. If you're ready to engage fully, you'll likely start noticing progress (whether in confidence, decision-making, or strategy) within the first few weeks.

For consulting clients, improvements are typically seen in efficiency, revenue growth, team performance, and strategic vision around the 90-day mark. This is why a 90-day package is the shortest term consulting package offered. We define success collaboratively and track progress throughout the engagement.

Regardless of which service you are receiving, our role is to help you define what “results” mean for you, set realistic milestones, and support you in taking consistent, aligned action. While we can't promise overnight transformation, we can promise a process that’s intentional, personalized, and focused on sustainable growth.
